Guides Collective is led by a passionate group of individuals deeply rooted in the psychedelic community, and was born out of a shared vision—a vision of a world where psychedelic healing is accessible, respected, and celebrated. Aviva Rabinovici
Founder
The founder of Guides Collective, Aviva has a 15+ year pedigree working in psychedelic circles, proven outcomes in helping psychedelic industry businesses reach their missions, and decades of experience developing marketing solutions for major brands such as IBM, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, and more. During her tenure with Third Wave, she played a key role in helping the company 5X its revenue.
Matthew Swenson
Creative Director
After 12 years in advertising, Matthew recently worked as the Creative Director for Spinoza.co, a psilocybin-based retreat centre in the Netherlands where he honed in on his passion for building brand identity in the psychedelic field. With a background in digital marketing, he is now focused on providing practitioners with the foundation they need to grow their psychedelic practice.
Troy Allen
Chief Marketing Director
As CMO at Third Wave, Troy was a key influence in ushering the psychedelic movement into the mainstream. As CMO of MindValley, he launched Vishen Lakhiani’s book and made it a New York Times bestseller. He’s also helped big-name authors and coaches (T. Harv Ecker, Jim Quick, Marisa Peer…) expand their reach–and built and sold two successful ad agencies.
